Pre-game

On Saturday Madi participated in Clemson's be a Cheerleader for a day clinic. She had a great time meeting new friends and she loved her Rally Cat and Cheerleaders. However, the highlight for her was riding from the Y to the indoor track on the CAT BUS! She smiled and laughed the whole way. At the end of thhe clinic we had a parade and Madi got to cheer in the West End Zone during pre-game. It was fun.

More from First Friday

More pictures from the First Friday Parade!

I can't take it anymore!

Dancing Queen!

Madi headed to her first Jazz class and boy has she got some moves!!!

Oh no!! Get Ready!!

Look at me!

I'm coming!

Just because

It's official. The house is no longer safe. After Olivia's visit the other day when she was acting like Dora the Explorer and scooting everywhere, I told Barry to get ready that we had only a few weeks until Grant started scooting. Then it happened, just like that. He came home rolling over Friday and last night he was on hi tippie toes, head down and butt up and somehow moving all over the place. Needless to say, tonight we are rearranging.

Gracie Hamby's Birthday

First Friday Parade

Yeah! Football season is here no matter how bad of a start we got off to, we still love the Tigers! On Friday, Barry, Josh, and Sara along with the babysitter Miss Erin took the kids to the First Friday Parade at clemson. I had to miss due to a football game. The kids had a great time. Here are a few of the pictures. Sara should be adding more for me. Grant slept through the parade and Madi is once again afraid of the Tiger.

Madi, Marett, Taylor and Claire on the ducks.

I got a wild hair thanks to Debra Hart and Rebecca Sires and decided we should take off after church on Sunday to Dollywood for labor day. THanks to mom who kept GRant so we could have this fun time together. You know Barry hates the mountains so this was a big deal for him. Madi loved staying in the hotel with all of her friends and riding the rollercoasters, boats, bees, and much, much more. She can hang pretty good. Thanks Barry for letting me make last minute plans. This is only a picture or two. Check out more later on our facebook page.

Meet the Teacher

Madi is so excited to start K-3 on Tuesday, September 2. At meet the teacher night she had this picture made with Mrs. Christine her teacher. On the same night it came a huge storm and her room flooded. Poor Mrs. Christine! Oh yeah, I have no clue why we have this weird smile but four pictures later it was the best I could do.

Madi's first day at School (k-3)

Madi outside getting ready to go to school. Yippee!

Today is Madi's first day at three-year-old kindergarten. She is so excited to be taking her new backpack and her homework. She has been waiting for this day for so long. She is also excited that her friend Marett is in her class and when she has to go to the bathroom she gets to cross the hall and go to Gracie's class. All of you know that Madi and Gracie are trouble, so we will see how this goes. Here is her picture this morning before school.
