High School Musical 3

Megan, Madi and Bella have been counting down the days until High School Musical came out in the theatres. So, on Sunday night Jennifer and I packed up the girls and headed out to see the show. We had a great time complete with popcorn, drinks, skittles and plenty of singing. I think they may begin to call us HSM junkies!

Choir Time

This Sunday Madi's preschool choir at church sang for the first time. She was so excited that she could hardly contain herself. She practiced singing "Mighty God" for days. Here she is with her choir. She is on the back row with the purple bow. Notice Megan her cousin on the back row with her hands up. This was such a treat!

Aunt Na

What a special treat we had this weekend. Barry's brother Nick's wife Anna came up to judge a band competition at West-Oak and spent the night with us afterward. We had so much fun catching up with Aunt Na and having someone else to experience all of the chaos at our house. She even got up early and played with Grant. We made her promise that next time she would bring the rest of the family.

So, I went to the site that she used http://www.bloggerboutique.com/ and checked it out. Regan the owner has some great things to purchase and there are freebies too. I had a few problems getting going but Regan helped me out. I hope that you like the new look.

Madi and Grant and the Pumpkins

Grant and the Pumpkin!
Madi and Grant
Grant is a mommy's boy but he still loves his daddy.

Pumpkin Time

Yeah for Halloween. Madi just loves pumpkins and she wanted to buy one for all of the family members including the dogs at the Pumpkin Patch yesterday. Lucky for me, we only got 4. Here is one of Madi and Barry's creations. Real quick, the kit that I bought had several pieces to make different faces. So Barry thinking that Madi would be happy to use as many as possible said when you finish that one you can make a different face on the back. Madi stopped, looked at him and said, "Uhm, no we don't have anything on our backs." Well, I guess she told him. But there's always two minutes later and guess what our pumpkin has a face on the front and the back. It was all her idea. What a smart girl. Who do you think that it looks like?

This is Madi's favorite one.

Grant is happy to just hold his pumpkin!

Happy Birthday Reid!

The Birthday Boy! Reid
Happy Birthday to Reid! Madi and Reid have been friends from the day he was lucky enough to enter the Merck family. His party was at Kangaroo Kids in Anderson on Sunday. Here is a picture of our Reid as well as our friend Amy and Madi playing on one of the inflatables. Yum Yum, that was good!

Smile Madi!

October Fun

Sara and Josh are so good to keep Grant on Fridays if Barry and Madi come to the West-Oak games. Grant has a ball and he and Olivia are so cute together. You can tell here that Olivia really loves Grant's passy. You know his is better even though they are the same.
This is Olivia and Grant's first attempt at cruising. I hope this isn't a sign of what's to come but they really seem to be enjoying it. Thanks Aunt Sara for doing all of the work. If this isn't trouble, I don't know what is! Once again Madi and her best buddy Gracie are having fun. They are under the food table at Barry's Birthday bash having themselves what they call a campout and eating Pistaccios. We finally got Gracie in an Orange shirt. Doesn't she look cute.
